Your licence was issued in the EU. Your ride will be in Portugal. Let’s check the category and the conditions together.

The motorcycle categories A, A2 and A1 use the same EU framework across all 27 issuing countries. National B extensions and training certificates are not a full A1 category valid across the EU.
AM: mopeds. A1: up to 125 cc, 11 kW and 0.1 kW/kg. A2: up to 35 kW, below 0.2 kW/kg and compliant original-model derivation. A: unrestricted motorcycle category. Actual vehicle homologation matters.

The deposit is handled at pickup and recorded by staff. The amount depends on your ride; unconfirmed amounts are clearly marked.
Fuel & return
Fuel is not included. The published package asks you to return the vehicle with a full tank. Return at the agreed time and place.
A contract for each rider
Each rider signs for their assigned vehicle at pickup. Your contract is saved as a PDF. Condition photos are optional at staff discretion.
Changes & cancellations
Requests are reviewed by staff. Customer cancellations received at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Later cancellations are reviewed individually. No-shows receive no refund. If Scooteria cancels, including for weather, a full refund applies. Refunds in this edition are simulated.
