We collect the lead customer’s name, email and phone to demonstrate bookings and staff-managed enquiries. Additional rider and contract information is entered at pickup in the staff system. Payment simulation does not collect card details.
Booking and gift-card links contain private access tokens: share them only with people who should access that record. Operational records and documents are stored in the separate staff backend. Test messages are kept in a private outbox; external email delivery is not enabled by this website.
This edition does not load advertising trackers or an embedded Google map. Local functional storage may remember your rental selection.
